DIY Dining Chairs
Don’t you just love a good DIY project? I love how something mundane can be transformed into something dazzling with a little ingenuity and elbow grease (and a can of spraypaint).
Case in point, check out these amazing dining room chairs:
Which used to look like this:
This DIY brilliance is via my friend Megan, who just couldn’t find any chairs she liked out there. So, she nabbed these brown ones at a local antiques shop and she spraypainted them “Paprika” by Rustoleum.
She also staple-gunned an Ikat fabric from Calico Corners onto the seats.
Here’s a shot of the full dining room. I know, RIGHT?! This girl’s got some style!
Farm table from One Kings Lane, that shiny white side console is by Calligaris, (a high-end Italian furniture manufacturer that you can find at places like Jensen Lewis). The chandelier is the “Meurice” by Jonathan Adler.
Those artsy, high-end looking prints and the chevron arm chair are from Home Goods – YES!! Home Goods!!
I seriously can’t get over these chairs. Talk about inspiring!
Any furniture in your home that could use a DIY transformation?
